The World Bank report on higher education in Thailand, of which most of the below chapters were taken, was published in January 2009. Please note that the data this report is based upon are from previous years. Although we think that in the past two or three years increasingly European, American and African students came to study an international program in Thailand, such trend (if it exists) is certainly not mirrored in the World Bank report.
