University fitness center

Any university or college in Thailand offers a fitness center. The name of the fitness studio at Ramkhamhaeng University is Fai Kham Fitness. It is located close to the Ramkhamhaeng Demonstration School (short: Satit Ram) in the building named “Sport Office”. The fitness rooms are on 2nd floor, the 1st floor is for physical Fitness Test and offers a room for yoga as well.

Fai Kham Fitness opened in 2006.  The area of this fitness studio is about 18 x 14 meters.  There are about 60 different equipments and 5+ trainers are available for help or advise to the customer. Most of the trainers speak English.

At Ramkhamhaeng, we say the best of this fitness center is best service for low price. Although it's open to the general public as well, it's better you show your student ID card. For Ramkhamhaeng students, it's much cheaper. Prices range at day time from 6.30am to 3pm at 40 baht,  from 3pm to 9pm at 80 baht, and if you want to pay monthly it's 500 baht per month. The fee for a whole year is 4,000 Baht what makes sense if you stay longer than just one semester.

As a member, you can also use sauna and stream room.

Fai Kham Fitness is available from Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 9pm, on public holidays from 6pm to 9pm.

You can register directly at the building or call to 02-310-8305.
