There are two associations in ballroom dancing in Thailand, TDSA and ISTD.
Ramkhamhaeng University offers ballroom dancing clubs on both Bangkok campuses in Huamark and Bangna, both open for anybody who would like to join. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday it’s open for RU students and staff, on Saturday and Sunday it’s open to the general public.
For social dancing from 17.00 to 19.00 hrs, RU students pay 50 Baht, anybody else 300 Baht.
There’s also an RU competitive dancing team offered for those who want to take it more seriously. Dancing masters are RU competitive dancers. The university sport dancing is free of charge for university members.
Please ask on the campus for your way to AD building for social dancing. Dancing as a sport you find in the Ramkhamhaeng Sport Center on the campus.
