Katha eats 'Kao pud moo' [Thai fried rice with pork] as her lunch in her Thai friend's shop around 10 meters away from her apartment.
Katha's apartment provides some furnishing stuff like this dressing table, a bed, a closet, and also an Internet connection.
For the refrigerator, Katha said, she spent around 4,000 Baht.
These are the pictures Katha brought with her, they are tied on the closet for her good memories.
This is her 4 square meters toilet in her room.
Some of Katha's cosmetics are bought in Thailand. They are good and not that expensive.
This is the place where Katha can wash her clothes for 20 baht per machine.
Katha and her nice friend Pla who makes food for her and teaches her speaking some Thai to communicate in Thailand.
Katha does not need to go to the department store for fruits because she can get them by taking a walk around 10 minutes from her apartment.
With such a variety, one tends to buy too much.
Katha's friend open her food shop as a simple and small shop. She sells the food for the local price around 20-35 Baht.
The apartment allows cooking (but not by gas) and it has the small area to clean your dishes on her room's veranda.
Katha can sleep on this soft bed and she does not has to spend any baht for it. It is provided in her apartment for 3,100 Baht per month.
This is the Harry Potter book! Katha borrowed it from the university library for her free time.
Katha chose western brands for her shower cream and shampoo. They are available in Thailand in every department store.
The security of her apartment is very good. Without her fingerprint as a key, I cannot fisnish my project.
This salon is 15 meters away from Katha's apartment. It is local and will not cost a lot.
This is the overall environment around Katha's apartment and she likes it.
If Katha misses the German taste, no problem. Just buy it at 'Food Land', the super market which provides the food of many countries. It takes her 20 minutes by bus to go there.
If Katha does not speak enough Thai yet, guestures and a smile will tell what she wants.
