Naresuan University (NU), whose main campus is located in Phitsanulok, a northern province of Thailand, was named after King Naresuan the Great. Formerly a campus of Srinakharinwirot University, NU was established as a public university in 1990. Although not many years have passed since its inception, NU has already earned the reputation of being one of the most progressive universities in Thailand. It aims to be a comprehensive university dedicated to the development of world-class graduates and new knowledge for the purpose of creating excellent resources for regional and national development.
Naresuan University - Bangkok Campus (NUBKK) was opened in 1999 in order to bring high-quality graduate level programs to numerous professionals living in Bangkok. This Campus was founded with the intention of bringing truly international programs to Thailand. NUBKK has numerous international partners and delivers programs both in English and Thai. Classes are held at the Narersuan University - Bangkok Campus, Wave Place Building, 55 Wireless Road, Patumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. The building is located in Bangkok's business district near Ploenchit Road. The building is new and contains state-of-the -art learning facilities. which include Internet access, a computer lab, and classrooms fully equipped with the latest in audio-visual technology, for a more conducive learning environment.
English requirement for two degree awards from Naresuan University and from Southern Cross University is IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 paper based or TOEFL 213 Computerized) and above.
An applicant whose IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500 paper based or TOEFL 173 (Computerized) is admitted by Naresuan University with condition of studying an English course and passing three advanced standing units.
